Before you book
Is the call really free?
Yes. There is no fee and no obligation. You keep the 90-day plan whether or not you hire us.
Is it on Zoom or in person?
The call is on Zoom. After you book, we confirm your slot and send the Zoom link by email and WhatsApp. Owners in Ahmedabad can ask Kirtan to visit instead.
What should I keep ready?
Your website, what you spend on marketing each month, and roughly how many enquiries you get. Read-only access to your ad accounts helps but is optional.
Which language is the call in?
English, Hindi or Gujarati. Tell us in the notes when you book.
What if no time suits me?
Slots run Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 6 pm IST. If none of them work, message us on WhatsApp and we will find a time.
How do I reschedule or cancel?
Use the link in your confirmation email, or reply on WhatsApp. It takes a few seconds.
