This policy explains how Biz India Live ("we") collects and uses personal information when you use bizindia.live, message us on WhatsApp, or respond to our ads. We process personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

Your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email, business name, the answers you give in our forms or chats (such as industry, revenue band, marketing spend and enquiry volume), and messages you send us. When you visit the site we also collect basic usage data through analytics cookies.

Why we use it

To reply to you, run your marketing audit, book calls, send follow-ups you can opt out of, and improve our ads and website. We send ad platforms (Meta, Google) a record that a lead or booking happened, using hashed contact details, so our ads reach similar businesses.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run our systems: our CRM (GrowthCenter, built on HighLevel), WhatsApp Business Platform, Google and Meta. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed for the purposes above, and up to 3 years after our last contact, unless the law requires longer.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing info@bizindia.live or replying STOP on WhatsApp. We reply within 7 working days.
